Appearance: Quintre is going to be a strapping lad. Already standing at well over 6ft tall, he has the promise of being well muscled once he fills out. At the moment he is at that gangly stage where he cant seem to coordinate his limbs. Give him another turn or two and he will fill out into a well proportioned young man. He has shoudler length brown hair that he tends to keep ted back out of the way. his eyes are also brown, but have a warmth to them.
He likes to wear comfortable clothes, and doesnt care if they dont exactly match, as long as they are comfy and he can move in them. He does love to wear hide, or leather.
He has a naturally darker skin tone, having worked outside a lot of the time at the Hold. He is fascinated by runners and spent as much time as he could with them which added to his color. He has a friendly face, more round than heart shaped with a roman nose. He is a good looking lad, but he doesnt really understand that yet.
Personality: Quin is a rather shy lad until you get to know him. The youngest of the Lord and Lady's children he learnt it was best to be seen but not heard, but it was amazing what you could pick up if you listened to what was being said around you. He soon learnt all the gossip of the Hold and learnt what was handy or could be used later and what was best forgotten.
He was a popular lad, always willing to help out, but then he did used to get a solid clout from his older siblings if they felt he was slacking. He is a hard worked, but like any youngster he likes to disappear at times. But saying that he works hard and isnt afraid of doing just that. His hands were usually dirty, he loved being near the runners, becoming a quick, capable rider.
Quintre is a little bit lazy. If he can get out of doing something he doesnt like he will. He would much rather find a spot to lay in the sun rather than have to toil in the fields. But if there is no way out of it, he will work. A little bit of a dreamer, he has his head in the clouds at times, and is totally fascinated by the old Harper tales of Dragons and their riders. His favourite day dream is to imagine himself on the back of a dragon. But he dare not tell anyone his dream, people get very worked up over the dragons these days.
A lively lad who sometimes speaks before thinking, but he soon apologises. He isnt one to upset anyone, and feels awful if he does. He tries hard to please people, and enjoys being around others. He hasnt really started taking much notice of girls yet, but a pretty face will turn his head.

He was a good natured child, curious, quick to learn his lessons and extremely fascinated by the Harpers tales. He loved the stories of dragons and their riders, wanting to learn all he could about them.
From an early age his passion was runner beasts. He was often seen out in the fields with the runners and those who cared for them. He loved to ride the runners, imagining he was on dragonback. He seemed to have a natural way with the animals and was very handy when there was a difficult birth. He wanted to follow beastcrafting, but his parents wanted him to remain at Nerat Hold, so he was soon placed under the care of the Master Beastcrafter there.
He was always brought up to believe that thread would return, his parents believed it, they reverred the dragons and riders, even if none had been seen in turns, since they were banished, but they knew thread would return and to survive they needed the riders. When he was told about the expedition, Quin jumped at the chance, he wanted to take his runner with him, but was told no, no one knew what they would face on this trip south.

Description: A larger than average brown, Odinth is a sturdy looking sort. He is well muscled and seems to be in excellent health. He has the proper proportions with a slightly large wingspan that would go mostly unnoticed by people. His hide is a chocolate brown color with lighter dappling under his belly. Compared to the other browns in the clutch, Odinth seems a bit stockier. Personality: Odinth is a complex sort of dragon. He has a patronly way about him where he takes other dragons under his wing. He often feels compelled to guide others. He is as strong as he is determined and will not stop until he achieves what he wants. Even as a Hatchling he seems to be very wise and capable. Loyalty to his and his wingmates is also very strong in him. Odinth prefers to be optimistic about events in life, although sometimes he too has trouble finding the silver lining.
He has a dry sense of humor though he finds a lot of situations his rider gets into hilarious. When push comes to shove you want Odin on your side. He is a good friend, excellent mentor and wise enough to make good decisions. Loyalty like his is not soon lost or forgotten. If he is your friend he will be for life. A hard worker, he has the capability of being a great leader and someday holding rank. Odinth is not a chatty dragon except in small groups or with his rider. He is much more likely to make a quick remark whether good or bad than carry on long conversations.
