I noticed that you have decided on the 2:1 ratio for time as I have on my board.
In that event, for the sanity of keeping track of time, I thought I'd offer up the idea that I use on my board.
In the board header, I have a spot where I mark what turn/month it is. And every two weeks, I go in and edit it. So everyone knows at all times what month it is IC.
And when a thread is started, the start point dictates what time frame the thread is in, and can run until it quits. So it doesn't matter if any given thread lasts more than two RL weeks or whatever.
