What the bio needs to have.
I do not expect the Holder bios to be as fleshed out as a normal bio.
Appearance should contain, height, weight, eye & hair color, anything extremely noticeable, type of clothing the person wears traditionally.
At least a ten word list for personality. (more than that is fine too, but thats the minimum.
