Sabine was in the Weyrhall. It was as busy as usual, but nothing could dampen the blond girl's spirits that morning. She had just finished a visit with Salire, her son. He had been very talkative this morning, and Sabine was enjoying the time she got to spend with him, no matter how little it was. She hoped that as Salire got older, she would get more time with him, because he could seek her out for mother son time.
She was nibbling on her breakfast and sending loving thoughts to her beautiful green Zahirith, not really paying attention to what was going on around her, when she was suddenly joined by a rider she was not familiar with. Having graduated fairly recently, and with the Weyr constantly changing, Sabine was a little surprised that she didn't recognize him, she had thought she knew almost everyone, at least in her Wing.

Spending his morning in the company of great beauty... That's just how he liked it, and so that's how this particular day would also start out. J'ngi was all smiles, obviously in a fine mood, because even the sound of the dress-shoes he wore seemed to echo some happy, upbeat cadence. As always, J'ngi had dressed nicely to impress, the suit pants and unbuttoned vest he wore was pearly grey with a light purple shirt left loose around the neck. Of course there were the polished shoes and styled layers of black hair through which could be seen the silver earrings he wore in the shape of little dragons wings. Making his way across the dining hall, dark eyes seemed to be in search of someone while idly spinning a single flower between his fingertips. Ah, there was a pretty face he'd not yet had the opportunity to get to know.So it was in a single fluid motion that the Bluerider took a seat on the bench beside her, spinning around to face the table in such a way that when he did, she would be pleasantly surprised by the presentation of a peachy-pink-tinted flower with several full layers of daisy-like petals. Even from his hand, the faint perfume of the blossom could be appreciated. "Did you drop this? I was sure this belonged to you. You'll have to correct me if I'm wrong,..." The man seemed to sit back in contemplation, comparing the two -the flower next to Sabine. "Either way though, I'd have to say that it really suits you. The colour pairs nicely with such a light sun-kissed skin tone like yours. So beautiful." Beautiful? The flower or the girl? Perhaps she would guess that he was referring to both and be correct. J'ngi smiled at her in a kind, friendly way, allowing her a moment to claim the flower for herself.

Sabine was slightly stunned by the boldness of the man that had chosen to sit by her. He was good looking in her eyes, and he seemed well dressed, and his earrings were like dragon wings. He must be a dragonrider, Sabine thought to herself.
She smiled a soft smile that was slightly flirtacious, and then Sabine blushed lightly and leaned forward to smell the flower he was holding up to her.
"It is beautiful," She agreed, trying to take the attention off herself. She wasn't always too happy about being approached because she was pretty, but it had been a while since she had felt beautiful, so she was going with the feeling for now.
"I don't believe I know you, dragonrider," She said biting her lip. "And I believe I should if you are calling me beautiful." Her tone was gentle and questioning. The hidden question behind her words simply asked, why?

When Sabine accepted the flower from him, his eyes settled on it momentarily, giving an adorable, sheepish little grin. "I don't believe I know you, dragonrider," , "And I believe I should if you are calling me beautiful." "No, you don't know me yet, but ths is certainly a good start. My name's J'ngi, and my tall, dark and handsome Blue parked outside is named Sinreth. May I have your name? You're a Rider as well, aren't you?"

"The lovely green that is currently seeking out blue Sinreth is Zahirith, be careful she is a little tease," Sabine said, but she did not offer her own name yet. She took the flower into her own hand and tucked it behind her ear into her blond hair. She cast her eyes downward with a shy look back towards J'ngi.
"It is nice to know you, J'ngi," She added with another flirty grin. She was going to play a little, see how much he wanted her name.

"The lovely green that is currently seeking out blue Sinreth is Zahirith, be careful she is a little tease,"J'ngi had to laugh at that. A flirtatious green seeking out Sinreth amused him to no end; he anticipated hearing about their interaction from the Blue later on -in full detail. "Oh, not to worry. It usually catches females off guard to find out that he can be more vain than they are." The Bluerider's humoured smile was extant as he watched her place the flower in her hair. For a moment, he let a silence pass between them, seeing if she would reveal her name. But riders usually gave their names first and that of their dragon second, which meant she wanted to play coy with him. Observing the flirtation of Sabine's eyes, he decided he could have more fun by playing along. "Well then, Nameless Beauty, if you're finished eating, we could go on a walk. Do you enjoy spending time in the outdoors in your off time?"

Giggling, in spite of herself, Sabine found the comment about the vain blue to be rather humorous. She let herself be called nameless, still not ready to give up her name to this bluerider.
"I am finished eating," Sabine said with a gentle nod. "I do enjoy spending my free time outside, so a walk sounds wonderful, and I suppose your company would be acceptable." Sabine smiled so J'ngi would know that she was just being coy.
Sabine was not ready to discuss her son with this bluerider. At the moment, she was enjoying being just Sabine. There was no son attached to her hip, and she knew that this bluerider was unlikely to still speak to her in this manner if he found out she had a child.
Pushing her chair out from the table, Sabine picked up her tray and nodded to J'ngi to let him know she was ready to walk with him.

" Sabine said with a gentle nod. "I do enjoy spending my free time outside, so a walk sounds wonderful, and I suppose your company would be acceptable."
J'ngi was out of his seat on quick notice; before she'd stood completely, he'd risen fluidly, spinning deftly onto his feet where he could offer assistance. Drawing her chair back, he motioned toward the door, and when she obliged, he slid the chair back under the table.
The Bluerider did not offer her his arm as they went, but a wry grin remained part of his playful expression. He guided them out the door toward the weyr bowl where they could find some sun. "Ah. Well then, that must mean there's hope for me yet. If you're willing to accompany me for a walk, perhaps I've still a chance to improve your oppinions of me. Being regarded as only 'acceptable' company simply won't do. That could ruin my reputation, you know?"
With a teasing wink at Sabine, he laughed.
"Well, since you wont' tell me your name, where are you from? Were you Weyrbred? There must be some secret of the Nameless Beauty that you'll let me in on."
