Hey everyone 
I am on here to inform you the clutches are going to be delayed a bit. Smara is trying to get back on her feet which means it will take her some time to get all the eggs from her clutch ready. In the meantime I think all Candidates should be as active as possible. If you start your own threads, create situations for your Candidates to be in and keep the Candidate activity moving you will be more likely to impress a dragon.
I would also like to remind everyone we won't be impressing more than six played characters a clutch. So if you are not keeping your Candidate active, someone else might get put into that sixth spot and you will have to wait longer. (And I, for one, am never patient when it comes to Hatchings!)
Those of you being Searched in the North, we will try to keep those threads moving. Your participation in those threads counts towards activity as well, so don't worry too much about them still being in the North. We will get you South as quickly as we can.
In light of the fact that you have more time to play your Candidates I want everyone who put "any" down for color preference to take that time to think hard about whether that is true. Would you really be happy if your Candidate impressed a blue when as you've been playing them you might be envisioning them on a different color?
Do not be shy about color preference. PM me if your preference does change. I really do not like the answer "any" for color preference. It helps the Gold players and admins find the right fit for your Candidate if you are honest about what you really want for your character. (Don't be afraid to ask for a Bronze if that is what you want.)
