.:: Appearance ::.
While neither awfully tall nor dangerously small J’ldaem makes full use of his 5’11” feet of height. Always with a straight and confident posture this man enters a room and is known to seize the attention just like that. His skin is often slightly tanned from many wing drills, and it’s uncommon to see him un-groomed. He always loves to be presentable, especially if ladies will be present or near enough, and the man is known for being picture perfect almost every second of every day. Though muscular J’ldaem isn’t stocky, but instead his figure is more on the lean side. While this means he can’t pack as much strength as more bulkier men it does give him an edge in agility and speed – the main reason why he seems to enjoy close combat practice just as much as wielding light weapons.
A scar from a prank gone wrong in his younger turns mars the left side of his forehead, as well as many more much smaller scars from scratches and accidents of long ago around the rest of his body. His hair is dead straight, though able to hold some volume to itself, and a dark chestnut color. While it is the envy of many, men and women alike, it still isn’t J’ldaem‘s most prominent feature: that would be his eyes. A dark azure blue they are sharp and alluring, and many a women have fallen prey to their mystifying charms – ending up spending the night among the bedfurs of the bronzerider’s weyr.
.:: Personality ::.
A charmer with an almost rogue-ish yet handsome look in appearance, just with one lance most women know J’ldaem is trouble in a very sexily wrapped package. Overconfident and with a strut in his walk there’s no denying that the man thinks highly of himself, and his pheromones aren’t anything but alpha quality. Whether due to his looks, his security or just his silvered tongue J’ldaem has always been quite favored by the ladies, turning the man into a bit of a man-whore. He sees women as beautiful creatures, perfect to satiate his carnal desires, and will be respectful towards them. Don’t expect any loyalty from him, however, J’ldaem isn’t one to stay in one weyr for long.
He’s a very ambitious person, refusing to just stay idle in one place and wait for things to reach him. He’s a doer and a getter; whatever he wants he will get – one way or another. It’s this perseverance and strong will that has gotten the man to the high rank of Wingleader at such a young age; but neither rider nor dragon plan on staying just Wingleaders for life. No, both him and Tseravith have their sights set on the position of Weyrleader – and with two mature Queens in refuge, along with a third in her juvenile phase, they are more than eager for the flights to commence.
Perhaps the only one, aside from Tseravith, that has seen J’ldaem’s caring side and true affection is his sole younger sibling, Kreallie. He loves his baby sister just as much as his Tseravith and refuses to allow the girl to be fostered since his arrival to Refuge. As such this has meant a decline in his nightly rendezvous with women, though the man would trade a kingdom of those away for his Kreallie without a second thought. He’s aware that she’ll soon begin lectures in a craft, and perhaps even candidacy should one of the Searchdragons of Refuge Weyr find her worthy (and why would they not?!).
But for now he’s content to have his baby sister around and care for her, even if he outright spoils her from time to time.

.:: History ::.
For many turns now Kr’ldaem had been a single man, never truly attaching to any women of the Weyr. His mind was always focused on the many tasks ahead, all the drills to plan and records to keep. One of the Wingleaders in Haven Weyr he was a man that took his work seriously, perhaps a bit too much, but in the end he always delivered well. Many flights his Druakonth had won, pushing him even to the status of Weyrleader a couple of times in his life, and yet the man had never found a single woman we wished to settle down with; and it didn’t aid the fact he had yet to even sire a child of his own already in his older turns.
And it wouldn’t be until his forty eight turns, after a Queen Flight Druakonth would fail to win, that Kr’ldaem would finally sire his own firstborn child. Born to Jerallie, a seventeen turn girl at the time of conception, the young woman seemed completely well by it all. In reality she had always admired the man, and it had not been simple coincidence she had been close by that faithful evening flight. She had loved the man for a long time, but the age difference had been something she had been beating around on how to handle. She knew he would have otherwise never seen her as the true woman that she was, but merely a child to his eyes, and it was this what worked in her favor.
For many turns they remained weyrmated, and as the turns passed by his own Druakonth chased less and less until finally the bronze only chased after the Queens of Haven; and even that was done simply out of respect. He liked the woman His had chosen, she was nice and caring, and His was finally truly happy. Druakonth found no reason to disrupt this happiness with meaningless flights, and he had already sired more than enough offspring of his own.
Growing up J’ldaem never had anything truly missing. Unlike most weyrbrats he was never fostered, always coming home to his father’s and mother’s weyr at night. He was a single child for many turns, even once he finally entered his candidacy regimen. It wouldn’t be until a turn after he had impressed Tseravith, when the young man was fifteen that his parents would bore another child into the world. Kreallie, as the babe was named, would grow up with nothing missing in her life – and J’ldaem would be known to spoil her rotten whenever the chance arose.
Most of his life was pretty much uneventful, the strapping young man always aiming for higher ranks and more greatness as he grew older. His father was an excellent north of guidance, and from him and Druakonth J’ldaem and Tseravith learned many things. It wouldn’t be until a turn ago when their lives would be rocked. The Holdless attack on Haven Weyr was devastating, but even more so for J’ldaem and Kreallie. They lost their father to the Holdless as he tried to defend the Queens in vain, and their mother herself was ravished before being gruesomely murdered as well. Brother and sister had survived simply out of pure luck, J’ldaem had been visiting Refuge Weyr at the time with his little sister, running an errand for his Weyrwoman, and it wasn’t until the news reached him over there that he blinked between to his home, leaving Kreallie behind in Refuge to keep her safe.
While he fought among the other dragonriders it had simply been too late to revert reality, and so when the young Queen of Refuge was transferred to Haven J’ldaem and Tseravith were more than willing to transfer back in return to Refuge, permanently, back with his little sister. It would be here he would have a second chance at fending off the Holdless, doing so valiantly and this time without losing any dear to him. While some bad blood still seems to remain between him and Zorometh’s rider D’seus (even though both bronze dragons seem to get along well enough out of flights) J’ldaem is simply more preoccupied in bigger things: mostly getting laid and reaching the highest position of power accessible to a man in a Weyr; that of a Weyrleader.

While smaller than the average bronze, though with a wingspan larger than average, Tseravith really is nothing too special if one is honest. His wings’ sizes means the dragon has more endurance than most, coupled with his slightly smaller size, and with a build that is neither too stocky nor too slim this bronze can be the perfect example of what an over-all balanced bronze physic should be. His hide is a nice and tanned looking olive shade, the metallic sheen all around him clearly portraying his rank to all that gaze eyes upon him. The color darkens as it reaches the end of his limbs, tail, earknobs and ridges; while his claws are a solid golden colored shade.
.:: Personality ::.
A bit too self-assured and cocky, Tseravith takes pride in his ranking; and the bronze isn’t the least be shy to using it if it will benefit him in the end. While not a mean spirited creature, unless provoked, Tseravith simply believes strongly in ranks – or rather he believes strongly that he’s simply too awesome to not get what he wants. He will only bespeak other bronzes or golds – unless His is directing a wing drill or some other dire moment or circumstances make the need to address chromatic colors important. He’s very competitive, especially among flights, and is known for liking to jab verbally at other suitors to try and get them unfocused during chases. He’s not below swooping in and trying to forcefully catch his prizes either. After all, he’s an awesome dragon – there’s no reason for any female to deny him the right of winning their flight. If anything he’s totally doing them a favor.
.:: History ::.
Thinking little of his clutch where they? He would show them, he would indeed. The first to hatch from Gold Barskith’s and Brown Klemanth’s clutch Tseravith’s bronze presence served to silence many of the ill-rumors going around the stands at the time. After all, it was common knowledge that a bronze hatching first signaled a good omen – and from a brown sired clutch no less! The dragon took his sweet time relishing the attention, until the hatching of a nearby blue and brown clutchmates started to steal his thunder. Flaring his wings and hissing the little bronze hatchling made sure to state his rank and remember his siblings their place, before he took his time surveying each of the male candidates present. J’ldaem, did you see your Tseravith? I certainly showed them who is really in charge. Now feed me, my J’ldaem! The young lad smirked, leaning to scratch the eyeridges of his beloved bronze mindmate before Jeraldaem, now J’ldaem, carefully lead Tseravith over to the feeding tables. Even there the bronze asserted his dominance, refusing to let any other dragon eat until after he was fully fed. The only bronze in the small clutch, he wasted no time reminding and shoving his rank around to them all.
Weyrling training was a breeze, the pair was simply insufferable though none could doubt their ability and will to lead. And so, turns later after they’d been appointed Windseconds to one of Haven’s Wings their chance for even more ambitious goals came: converted into Wingleaders upon transferring to the new Weyr. As new Rhiannoth was sent to Haven Weyr Tseravith and J’ldaem had been chosen to be sent to Refuge in their stead. The seasoned pair had made the jump to their new home, blinking into the nothingness of between, though neither had expected to be greeted with a gold flight of all things.
Quickly caught into the lust of strong-willed Aeriath J’ldaem’s cursing towards his Tseravith fell on deaf ears as the dragon gave chase, rider still on his back sustained in place by ridding straps. They hadn’t lasted long in the race, however, the rather impromptu event along with his rider’s annoyance trying to overcome his dragon’s instinct to simply chase distracting Tseravith for too long. He had drifted too close to gorgeous Aeriath, enraging the Queen as she forcefully and physically shoved the pair away from herself. In the effort to regain balance neither Tseravith nor J’ldaem had noticed Zorometh – both dragons colliding together before Tseravith finally managed to pull away at the command of his rider. Zorometh was not as lucky, however, though the other bronze was not of Tseravith’s importance.
Finally snapped out of the flight lust after realizing the danger he had been exposing His the pair had winked between for a second jump, this time appearing low on the weyrbowl; though thankfully none too harmed, though the relationship between His and the Refuge bronze’s rider has never been friendly since their first meeting.
