Zaylee frowned at the ugly little sapling that refused to grow. She had her tub of plants pulled out onto her ledge where they could get some sun. It pleased her to see that the row of herbs she'd planted were all blossoming... except for one; one plant refused to do much more than sprout a couple of green sprigs. "You're ruining my row." She muttered through clenched teeth at the plant. Unexplainable frustration was beginning to whell in Zaylee, and it seemed like everything at that moment was annoying her. The wind was blowing stray strands of her hair across her face, making her curse under her breath and purse her lips to try to blow the strands out of the way. The longer Zaylee stared at the plant in question, the angrier she became until finally she reached down, plucked the plant up, and tossed it over the side of the ledge. "There," she let out a huge exhale as she tried to stave off some of the unreasonable anger, "that's done." It felt oddly satisfying to have ripped up the plant and tossed it over the ledge, and so Zaylee rested back on her heels and cast a glance up at the sky- pure blue. No clouds in sight with the sun beaming down from straight above. A dragon's shrill scream broke the silence, startling Zaylee out of her reverie as her entire world lurched and she suddenly found herself lying on her back. Wha? Before she had time to comprehend what was happening, Aphrioth was bursting into her thoughts. It is time! Come boys! Aphrioth called with a flirty laugh as she swooped down to the feeding pens and snatched up a couple of herdbeasts. Zaylee shook her head to focus her thoughts as she stood, wiped her hands off on her breeches, and then descended from her weyr to make her way into one of the flight rooms. The thought of a flight didn't bother Zaylee, in fact, she mostly looked forward to it as she tried to anticipate who would be joining her.

M'nor had been in the meeting room going over plans with his wing of a eastern flight plan when he heard his dragon speak to him. "Aphrioth rises," said Oreth in his rider's head then his rider could feel his dragon's feelings of anticipation. He quickly excused himself from the room then sought out the one rider that he needed to find the beautiful Zaylee. The wing second had meet her a few weeks ago in the lower caverns and smiled at that memory. It was a time when he'd asked when her green would be flying and was thankful that he'd already meet the rider this time. The young man found her in the flight room then kept his distance from everyone till his dragon won.
His brown dragon was already moving his wings then took to the sky and said, "Oh, beautiful Aphrioth," said Oreth as he saw the beautiful green at the feeding pens and flow down to pursue her. He didn't care that he was a brown dragon because being smaller allowed him more maneuverability when trying to catch her. The brown dragon had caught green dragons before and he would give his best to this flight. He continued to bugle to give the green something to pay attention to and he would try pursue the green dragon. .........................................................................................
A'on was in his weyr sleeping off a long a night of staying up at a fellow green rider's weyr as his Hadeth's voice soon entered his mind. "Aphrioth rises," said Hadeth as he moved his wings and without any other thought to his rider took off the ledge then went in pursuit of the green dragon down below. His rider rubbed his eyes not expecting a green to rise today or his cranky blue dragon to go in pursuit of her. The blue rider got dressed in his usual leather pants and a brown shirt then quickly washed his face. He thought of the green rider that belonged to the dragon and wouldn't mind being with her after all she was beautiful.
The blue rider had to go find her rider and used his feelings to search her out. When he traveled down the weyr hallway in pursuit of the young woman and felt the lust rolling off his blue dragon. Hadeth was at the feeding pens waiting for the green dragon and noticed his competition was nothing more then a brown dragon. He could out fly that overgrown dragon and called to the beautiful green with bugles. She was a excellent flyer by reputation yet the blue dragon was smaller and would be able to keep with green dragon's acrobatic moves. His rider still wandered down the hallways of the weyr trying to find green dragon's rider.

J’ldaem of TseravithRefuge Weyr [??] Wingleader It had been a good morning – clear skies, blazing sun. Really, simply too good to waste; or at least that had been J’ldaem’s reasoning. A good trip through between had sent the pair to the beach, his Tseravith needed a good scrubbing either way, and a day off always was a good thing. Not like anything exciting was going on around anyways. A good oiling had done wonders for Tseravith’s mood, the bronze lately seeming overly worked up with the two new golds in Refuge. Tension were running high, everyone seemed on the edge of their seat waiting to see which would rise first. The pair internally hoped it was Rhiannoth; Issarith was a much older dragon, no doubt already experienced. J’ldaem wanted a quick flight; if it was inexperience Rhiannoth he was sure his Tseravith could pluck her out of the air quick enough to assure their official leadership of the Weyr. As if either could really challenge me.{I know, love.}A pat was given to the creature’s massive back leg, before J’ldaem climbed aboard and secured himself with his flying straps to his bronze. Their oiling and washing done it was time to return to the Weyr – before A’lez started jumping down their throat or something. J’ldaem just couldn’t wait to “relieve” the man of his duties as Weyrleader, really. As the pair winked into the skies from the cold nothingness that was between the mighty bronze let out a long sounding bulge to announce his magnificent entrance; the olive shaded hide gleaming brightly in the unfiltered sunlight as Tseravith lazily descended into the bowl below. Already he could glimpse Zorometh not too far away, apparently finally fully healed from their last encounter in Aeriath’s flight, the view earning a faint snarl from the rider on his back. Zorometh looks well once more.{Yes, well, excuse me for not being excited about that fact.}We should have been here when Skadyth rose.{Not this again, Tseravith. Greens are nothing but small fries.}I do not care about them.{Ah yes, of course. You’re jealous Zorometh won that flight.}Just a bit.A low grumbled managed to make the beast’s throat vibrate, the action reaching his rider as J’ldaem let out a low chuckle – he did love teasing his dragon so sometimes. With a heavy thud the dragon landed, crouching just barely enough to allow his rider a slightly complicated descend to the ground below, a challenge the dark haired man silently took without much of a fuzz. He had just finished removing the flying straps from Tseravith, when a sudden and rather exciting scream filled the air around Refuge Weyr. It is time! Come boys!Ah yes, the unmistakable shrill of a green in heat, J’ldaem mentally observed as the glowing creature descended upon the herdbeast pens – an eyebrow slightly arched as he watched her blood a few of the creatures. ”My, my, someone believes herself a gold? Not like their flights last long either way, that’s just wasting perfectly good food really.” He could already feel the waves of lust beginning to invade his mind, his eyes moving to gaze upwards and above into Tseravith’s face – though it soon wasn’t needed as the bronze lowered his head to level with his rider. The large eyes swirled with pools of vivid violets and faint reds, already a giveaway of his bronze’s intentions. I will chase.{Oh fine, I get it you beast. I suppose stealing the greens from Zorometh will have to do until those golds decide to finally fly.}With a pat to the freshly oiled muzzle of the beast before him he sent Tseravith off, watching the bronze slink into a more comfortable space and prepare himself to take off, ready to spring into the air and chase after Aphrioth once the green finally took to the skies. With a roll of his eyes, and a smirk a bit too gleeful to be just for the flight, the man begun to make his way into the area where the horny green’s mindmate should be. {Give him a good show, Tseravith. Can’t have them forgetting who their betters are after all.}Gladly.Finding Zaylee among one of the many flight rooms didn’t result too hard, the man allowing the feelings radiating from the dragons lead his subconscious to the place. Already another man had arrived, he noted, though J’ldaem paid him no heed or time as he strode into the place like the owner of the place. A quick check over was done of Zaylee, finding the female rider to his sexual appeal and desire, before standing not too far from the woman. ”Well by Faranth, what a lucky day indeed to be gifted with a beauty such as you my dear…” The words were barely above a whisper, a teasing smirk adorning his lips as the man’s eyes glittered with the lust of flight – eying the woman like a cat would its prey. Outside his bronze seemed to be oblivious of the rest of his surroundings, the brown and blue competitors being outright ignored – his attention was solely focused on one, no, two beings. In front was the lusting green, bleeding a couple of herdbeast dry, but his main focus currently lied not too far away in the shape of another bronze dragon. Claws carefully dug themselves into the dirt below, anchoring the beast in place in order to give him an even better grip for when he sprung into the air in pursuit, the beast radiating a cocky and arrogant aura around him as he privately bespoke Zorometh. My oh my, you sure you should be chasing greens already? It’d be a pity to see you slam against a mountain once more…((I, HG approved for this character to be NPCed))

Busy was the word of the day! D'seus did not even have time to take Hinuk and Thoran home because he had big plans to get work done, as usual. Never mind that he might need to eat something before hitting the records. He was finally prodded by a now awake Bronze dragon that he would need to eat if he wanted to keep up his strength. The dragon of course had a point, D'seus needed to be awake enough to do the work he planned to do. He had to plan the next drill among other things. So he was enjoying a pleasant meal when out of nowhere Zorometh says in a strong tone, I have been challenged. What do you mean, you have been challenged?Tseravith says I will be smashed into another mountain should I enter all these green flights. A slight perversion of the truth but nonetheless believable. He knew D'seus would take the news badly, to put things mildly. He did not like Tseravith's rider. That dimglow must have been born under the Red Star. Do not pay him any heed. You won Skadyth and he is jealous of that. Besides you've flown and won more Queens than anyone else here.Winning one more flight would just be putting salt in an open wound. I shouldn't, couldn't do it to him.Yeah its not like he almost killed you or anything... D'seus thought to the dragon. Shard it! The man deserved to lose! He almost killed Zorometh with his inability to control his Bronze. D'seus did not like to make trouble but J'ldaem was about the only person at the Weyr he could not stand to be around for more than a few minutes. Sooo?If you must. Was D'seus' answer. He did not particularly want to be involved in another flight so soon but if his dragon felt it was needed then it was needed. Who is it that is flying?Aphrioth. Her rider is Zaylee. The Bronze remarked a little smugly. His rider had a thing for blonde women so news not only that this was a woman rider but that she was also his type would please the man. D'seus thought about the name a moment and then it hit him why he had heard it so much in passing. She was one of the twin blondes. If anything was hotter than identical twins it was flight induced lust over an identical twin. I'm convinced, this could be good for us. And should we win, well Tseravith will have to deal with being second best yet again. I am glad that it was Neinoth who won Aeriath rather than that arrogant tunnel snake. You and me both. Now I must join the others. The Bronze said, flying down to the feeding pens and looking at Tseravith. Do your best, for I will do mine. The Bronze spoke to the other dragon before turning his attention to the green. She was luminous now that she was about to fly. Meanwhile D'seus left the Weyrhall and made his way to the flight room where Zaylee was being encroached upon by two other men. They were a little too close already for his taste. Not that she belonged to him, not yet but she didn't belong to them either. He was a bit territorial when it came to flights. He didn't like the prize being touched before it was won. He fully intended to win. Not just because of his competition with J'ldaem although that was a part of it or because he loved winning, which he did but because he found Zaylee to be a very attractive woman and well, if one knew anything about D'seus he had a weakness for beautiful women.

The herdbeasts were just enough to quench Aphrioth's thirst, after all, she'd not eaten that sevenday anyway and there was no sense in taking to the air on an empty stomach. That would shorten the flight considerably- it wasn't as if greens were known for their stamina as it was. Flinging the herdbeast carcass aside, Aphrioth looked up to survey her chasers- a blue and brown, and two bronzes. It pleased the green immensely that two bronze dragons would decide to chase, even if it were for competitive reasons. Still, the brown dragon was familiar- Oreth. Aphrioth hazily remembered Zaylee spending some time with the brown's rider.
With another trumpet that reverberated throughout the Weyrbowl, Aphrioth reared back on her muscled haunches and then sprang froward, shooting quickly up into the sky, her wings hugged close to her emerald frame as she quickly gained altitude. The wind whistled around the green, the air cooling substantially before she unfurled her wings and darted off, her speed carrying her quickly away from the Weyr.
In the flight room Zaylee felt her stomach drop to the ground as she completely embraced Aphrioth's flight. She could see the rolling landscape below as Aphrioth twisted and maneuvered in the air, flaunting her agility and sped.

J’ldaem of TseravithRefuge Weyr [??] Wingleader Whirling eyes of red and violet shades turned to regard Zorometh as the larger bronze landed nearby. The male dragon game a soft grumble, vibrating throughout his throat and body, of almost amused-like laughter before he flexed his wings. He might be a good meter or so smaller than Zorometh, but his larger wingspan usually gave him more stamina that regular dragons his size. Of course, that meant little in a green flight, but the fact he was smaller and sleeker than Zorometh surely gave him an advantage here as well. I’m always at my best, dear Zorometh.Cocky little thing that this bronze was… D’seusarrival was felt rather than watched, already J’ldaem feeling his mind intertwining with that of his Tseravith. Ah, dragonflights were indeed a wondrous thing (the wingleader especially enjoyed the steamy goodness afterwards once the dragons were finished chasing in the sky) and greens especially were quite the amusing. Of course, he would much prefer a Queen Flight any day, but greens just had this sultry and extra lusty feeling in them every time they rose… Queens never seemed to pull off that vibe, at least not yet in J’ldaem’s and Tseravith’s experience. They were purely inhibited creatures, the true teases in the Weyr with their quick speed and agile tricks – dancing and twirling all around the very eager and willing male suitors. J’ldaem allowed his gaze to trail down Zaylee once more, taking in every clothed inch of the rather gorgeous blond woman next to him, before the Bronzerider finally closed his eyes with an evident smirk. {Go shine above all others, my Tseravith, the stage is all yours.} He would watch and feel the spectacle through his mindmate, they would share the experience as one being as they had always done. But of course, my J’ldaem, your Tseravith never disappoints after all. The bronze dragon felt a shiver of excitement course through the link man and beast shared, they were one now; no more two separate entities. As Aphrioth finished blooding, trumpeting her challenge to all the males as she seemed to glow with the intensity of a thousand Rukbats in one, Tseravith/J’ldaem responded with a loud and clear trumpet of their own. We come for you, tempting Aphrioth. We chase! With a well-planned crouch, golden hued claws digging deep furrows into the earth beneath, they were flung into the air after their emerald prize. Quickly they gained altitude, before their wings finally snapped open – and in a couple of strong pumps they were off after Aphrioth like an arrow flying true for it’s bull’s-eye mark. She twisted and turned, flaunting her small frame and natural agility in the air at her suitors, and Tseravith/J’ldaem were more than willing to mimic her movements – but to their own rhythm. They might not be as agile as her, but they were still mighty fine and good at also dancing in the air. They would give her a dance she would forever remember for turns to come!

Despite his need to prove himself Zorometh was reluctant to make any more remarks towards his competitor. This was not about him. It was about chasing greens. Something Zorometh was actually quite good at in spite of his size. Let the other think he was better off than he was. The fact of the matter was a blue could quite easily be more agile and quick than either of them and snatch up the prize. He was not going to let that happen if he had a chance to prove his prowess. Unlike blues he did not follow where the green went exactly. If it was a test of strength or stamina he could do so. He preferred to think one step ahead of the game. The Bronze watched as Aphrioth took to the skies. He launched himself after her, sturdy hind legs pushing him off the ground with force. He would not be the fastest at first but he was no sprinter. D'seus stood in the room, losing himself to the feelings of his Bronze. The flight lust was mingled with a natural attraction for the woman in the flight room. This only made D'seus-Zorometh want to win more. The pair thought no more on the subject. The Bronze in the air was following the green beauty through the skies and paying no heed to the males who chased other than himself. He did not bespeak her. Zorometh, unlike D'seus was not one to talk to females.

Aphrioth gloried in the feeling of the flight, the power beneath her wings as she rose, plummeted, twisted and soared. There was nothing like the feeling of adrenaline coursing through her veins and fueling her as she rocketed over the landscape. Like most greens, Aphrioth had a hard time focusing on one thing. One moment she was reveling in the feel of the air over her hide, the next she was taunting the males, and then in another instant something on the ground would catch her attention.
On one of these occasions the male pursuers gained more ground than she had realized. Aphrioth, with more agility than the large dragons possessed, tucked her wings close to her body and rolled, plummeting close to the ground before spreading her wings and shooting upwards again.
The wild flight pattern had Zaylee's stomach reeling from her place on the ground. Aphrioth liked to be unpredictable, she enjoyed not knowing where she was going to go or what she was going to do next.
Even then, Aphrioth's breath was beginning to chug through her lungs, her wings growing achy. With a last burst she rose upwards again.
Come on boys!

M'nor stood on in the room as he felt his brown seemed to be loosing his vigor. He pulled back as if the weight of his brown's decision finally came upon him and Oreth took one last look at the green then pulled away. The brown dragon couldn't keep up with the acrobatics of the green dragon and instead landed on the groun. When he felt his dragon pull away then M'nor left the room as he didn't want to be caught in the room when the dragon flight ended. It was not that unusual for a brown dragon to not to be able to compete with the small dragons in agility.
He was still caught up in mating lust and needed some release which lead him to the lower caverns. M'nor made a straight line for Mileina a worker and he took them back to weyr. It was a common thing for the losers of mating flights to find comfort somewhere else. The two of them would up there till the next morning as Mileina happened to be a favorite's of M'nor anyway as the two had been together before.

((sorry for the wait, post is a bit blah)) The Bronze pair was enjoying the feel of the wind and the freedom of the air. They were keeping up with the green now more than earlier. After a few minutes they began to work out their strategy while they sensed rather than saw the brown leave the flight. M’nor’s departure was unexpected but then lately the wingsecond had been wanting monogamy in his life. Surely flights were not the best place for him then. Still there was his one true competitor left and the blue which he ignored.
Tseravith was not to be underestimated so the Bronze kept an eye out for where the other was. He would not allow himself to get hurt even if the other dragon tried. The pretty green was flying slower now he could see her wings beginning to beat more slowly. Any moment now she would be ready. He positioned himself slightly below her and to the right of her. D’seus felt himself move closer to Zaylee.
The tenseness in their bodies was growing as the green continued her flight. Soon, soon. He told himself as he maintained a good speed and proper distance between himself and the green. Aphrioth was not going to give up her freedom easily. Although Zorometh was not a talkative dragon he did try to prove himself during the flight with his physical and mental prowess. What female wouldn’t want him?

J’ldaem of TseravithRefuge Weyr [??] Wingleader Flights were always something both dragon and rider incredibly enjoyed, their competitive nature drawn to them like moths to flames. With ease the bronze could keep up with the much smaller and agile green, though unlike Aphrioth he couldn’t go around twisting, turning and doing all those quick tricks and flirts they were known for. A moment she was here, then there, and Tseravith could have almost sworn he felt the push of the wind being trapped by the green’s wings at one point as she passed alluringly close while teasing her chasers. Yes, teasers. That’s what all greens were good at really. But he was more than content to simply keep pace, swelling with smugness as he felt rather than noticed the brown drop from the chase. The blue was of no worry to him, only Zorometh was his real competitor here in this bronze’s mind. After all, why would a green choose a blue when she could have an awesome beast such as himself to show her a wonderful and long flight? He made sure to keep with Aphrioth’s flight path in his own way, the bronze even doing a few maneuvers of his own. Yes, they were much slower than that of the green, and not as tight either, but it still showed that this male was no stranger to the sky. And unlike his competitor, as well as Zorometh’s bonded, they weren’t old things. Why, Tseravith was just in his prime, and so was his J’ldaem. They were both handsome males, more than willing to show the woman and her dragoness a fine time. Closer to their age (well, not really, Tseravith was still much older than lovely Aphrioth – but if he was then Zorometh was simply ancient for the pretty green) the bronze was simply convinced they were the best option around. Then again, when were they not the best at anything really? As Aphrioth tucked her wings close, plummeting to the unforgiving ground below, Tseravith didn’t give a heartbeat of hesitation, instantly mimicking the green as he dove as well. Wings snapped open at the precise time to avoid a lethal collision into the herdbeast pens below, the dragon passing so low that he managed to get the creatures into an uproar inside their enclosure. Come on boys!A loud bulge was given out of excitement as the green called to them once more, accepting her challenge. He raised upwards Justas she did, also aware of Zorometh as he flew after Aphrioth as well. While the other bronze went below and to her right Tseravith positioned himself parallel with the beautiful green and to her left. He gave a soft and sultry croon to the female dragon, his eyes whirling in deep and quick shades of violet from lust as made himself as inviting as possible. He gave her just enough space to not overcrowd the green, Tseravith had learned from past experience o not pluck females from flights – it usually didn’t end in his favor in future ones. And just as his dragon had done J’ldaem had also moved himself closer to the young and breathtaking lass as well, opposite to where D’seus stood. She really was a gorgeous, young and pretty little thing; only serving to fuel the lust for both rider and dragon further. Zorometh aside they still wanted to win this flight; Refuge Weyr really had a lot of pretty females in their midst really. It was almost like a paradise for the pair.

Aphrioth knew it was time to choose, or soon she'd be snatched up without her consent. The green's wings were tired, and she could feel the large bronze dragons, with their endurance and stamina, gaining quickly on her. Briefly the green contemplated the choices that followed her. There wasn't much time for thinking, and all dragons left in the chase had been such good sports following after her as she played in the air. In the flight room Zaylee found herself on her feet, her steps a little unsteady as she was still connected to Aphrioth's mind in the air. The moment her green made a final decision, Zaylee stepped in the direction of the bronzerider linked with the dragon. Banking hard, so as not to be accidentally caught by the other bronze, Aphrioth found herself directly underneath Zorometh, to which she stretched her neck out towards him, willing him to complete the catch. OOC: Thanks everyone for participating
