Some Reminders on being a Candidate:
1. Impressing a dragon is part of the fun of the rp world. I do not want anyone to take away from this post that playing a Candidate is not worth the risks. And trust me there are some risks. After our last Hatching we amended the rules to include:
Rule # 16. All Candidates can (and in some cases will) be mauled at Hatchings. We reserve the right to do so without permission. This makes for a more exciting and surprising Hatching. If you don't want to risk it, don't make a Candidate.
2. Lady Smara is making a Candidate thread for everyone. I strongly recommend that your Candidates go to this. While not mandatory, group threads do help give me an idea of what each character is like and how they are played. And trust me, final decisions on who is Impressing will not be made till the day before the Hatching.
3. Please keep in mind that you have written your character's preference of color on the bottom of their application. If you wrote any, remember that means your character can impress whatever color from Green to Bronze/Gold. If you do have a specific color in mind please please please, change it on your application. I do not want anyone to be disappointed come Hatching day. If nothing but a Bronze will do, put it on your application. IF you don't want to impress green, please put that on your application. There have been complaints in the past so I want to make sure everyone has the actual color preferences on their character sheets. Thank you.
