Smara and I had a discussion... We feel that there is not enough interest to keep the Wher section of the site going. Since I feel that this site is not just my own but the members too I'd appreciate everyone voting so we know how you feel on the topic.

If we were to close the Wher section Smara would help us with plots involving the Dragonriders in the South. We would focus on the dragons and the South and put less emphasis on the North. (However I still plan on having a Conclave.)

We want this site to reflect the interests of the people playing here Thank you for your time.

I picked the "no opinion - might want a wher in the future" option because, while I'm a bit stretched for time at the moment and I already had another Weyrling in the works, I did have an interesting concept for a Candidate...for some point. But the character was also technically female, and we seem to have a few too many girls there already, given that it's supposed to be a male-dominant field. ...Then again, my Candie would have tried to pose as a man, but still...female. |3

I'd like to see it kept around for a bit, especially since there's now five people with characters there. Personally, I'd like to (eventually) see a meeting up between the two sides of the characters, though that wouldn't likely happen until after the Weyrlings have matured. *shrug* If there's not enough interest right now, then maybe put that section on hold until the Weyrlings are mature, and then there can be contact between the continents (or so I'd think), etc.?

I love Whers, just as much as dragons and I would love to get involved with them with my Candidate. Just been feeling a bit blah with like lately.

With only two people actually caring enough to vote. Smara and I will probably be closing the Wher section until there is more interest. Thank you dragon and Kira for your input. We are not closing the Wher section forever just until it is something the board takes more interest in. (any Wher characters affected here will still be under played characters and can stay the same age/rank until we open that section back up for rp.) Thank you for understanding.
